Can you believe it, I’ve waited until the 59th episode to have a guest on to talk with me about food? What am I like?

Sofya Mitchell is a very talented young lady who worked in a number of top-class restaurants, including nose-to-tail Mecca St John in London, before deciding to go her own way as an independent chef, food writer and wellness practitioner.

We talk about nose-to-tail eating, paleo diets, what it’s like to work in a Michelin-starred kitchen, when chefs are shitlibs and much, much more.

Sofya will be contributing to the magazine regularly, starting with Issue 15, out in early spring.
