The Collinses have said previously that fertility rates always decrease if a group has above USD5000 individual income, gender equality, and a third factor (I cannot recall). I would like to know the stats of groups immediately after an experience of war, famine, or genocide: Irish (on the island or in North America) after the potato famine; Armenians after the genocide; Ethiopians after their famine; and the Great Depression (America and Europe) or WWI. We saw a baby boom in the US following WWII, but what of these other deadly experiences. What do the two predict of the demographics of Ukraine five years after a peace brokerage?
